2. Liability and Insurance

By partnering with Shuttlebooking.us, transportation providers agree that they are solely responsible for any incidents, damages, or losses that may arise during the provision of their services. In the event of an accident, delay, or other service-related issue, the transportation company will handle all claims and concerns directly with the customer. Each transportation provider must maintain active insurance coverage to manage claims related to their service.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations for customer bookings must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Shuttlebooking.us enforces this policy to ensure reliable scheduling for both customers and providers, and all transportation companies are expected to honor this cancellation timeframe.
